Oliver Lee Robinson Diary (Ms 24)

The Oliver Lee Robinson Journal (1854-1858) is a photocopy of the original. It presents a family record of the Oliver Lee Robinson family, in addition to a daily record of the activities of Robinson, his LDS mission to the Salmon River Indian Mission at Fort Limhi. Robinson (1833-1886) was baptized a member of the LDS Church at the age of 8 years by Joseph Smith. He arrived in Salt Lake Valley in 1848. In addition to the Salmon River mission in 1857, he also was sent on a mission to the Muddy Creek in 1868, and to the Eastern States in 1876. He eventually settled in Farmington, Utah.
