This inventory was prepared by Tad Davies and Diana M. Hooper in April 1995.

The Floyd Farr Papers were donated by his long-time associate George Snell and span Farr's career in broadcasting from 1935- 1984. He began his career at KDYL in Salt Lake City, Utah. He later moved to San Francisco, California to work with KPO as part of the National Broadcasting Association. In 1947 Farr and Snell acquired a radio station of their own, KEEN, in San Jose, California, the first of a network of radio stations they managed throughout the West and Pacific Coast area.
