The American Mining Company Records (1896-1925) comprises a bound, handwritten meeting record and three canceled stock
certificates. The minute book records the minutes of the annual meeting of stockholders and minutes of meetings of the board
of directors. It begins with the organization of the company on March 31, 1896. In later years, handwritten minutes were
supplemented with typed and printed items pasted into the book. An
inventory is available.
