Remote Support

Computers require authentication with a University Network ID, or a guest pass from the Level 1 Circulation Desk. Various computer cables are available at the Computing & Media Services desk.

Available Software	View available software for the Mac, Windows, and Linux machines.
Copy & Print	View copy and print prices and instructions, including large format color printing.
iOS & OS X 10.7+ Setup	Set up UMail, wireless, or VPN access on your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or OS X 10.7+ computer.
iPad Checkout	10 iPad 2's are available for student, staff, and faculty checkout.
Lab Use Policy	Guidelines for appropriate use of student fee funded computing facilities.
Remote Software Access	Access specialized software for free on your laptop, home computer, or mobile device.
Software Request	Request that software be installed on the Mac or PC computers for a class (instructors only).
Wireless Access	Run the setup wizard or follow the manual instructions for wireless internet access.
Wireless Printing	See the options for printing from your wireless device to the Marriott Library or outer labs print queues.
