Technical Support

Two weeks prior notice required. Cost per hour round to the nearest half hour.

Technical support, including production, running crew, or on-site tech	$60 per hour
Software modifications	$95 per hour
Non-technical setup	$25 per hour
Room audiovisual equipment	No charge
Additional equipment (use the Request for Event Assistance)	Market price

Other fees

Food setup and coordination (must be negotiated by room and event)	$50 per day
Clean up	$25 per day
Upright piano	$25 per day
