WORKSHOP
A
Stitch in Time: Bound Albums for Photographs
September
22nd,
Saturday, 9:00-5:00
Commercial photograph albums leave much to be desired.
Most are poorly made, cannot handle a large quantity
of material, and look, well, commercial. Learn how to
construct a unique photograph album that is made to
last and keeps photographs safe and accessible. Learn
to accommodate additions such as collage, and discuss
how to mount photographs to the pages. Once learned,
these techniques are easy to accomplish at home.
Instructor: Chris McAfee, Utah
Place: Book Arts Studio, Marriott Library, level 1
Workshop fee: $75; materials fee: $25
Relicensure points are available from the Utah State
Board of Education. For more information, please
