Purchase Request Form

This form is for books, audio-visual materials, maps, etc... For journals use our Journal Subscription Request form. We are able to purchase most books suggested by students and faculty which support the university's curriculum and research and are reasonably priced.

Fill out as much information as you are able in the form below to suggest a title for the library to purchase.

Purchases can take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive and be processed.

Faculty, Students, and Patrons can request RUSH processing.
  RUSH processing is very costly, labor intensive, and takes money away from purchasing other books within that discipline.
  Please use this sparingly.
  RUSH books can take 2 to 4 weeks to arrive.
