Ronnie Lee Brown

Ron Brown was born in Rigby, Idaho, but grew up in Salt Lake City. Schooled in the Ansel Adams tradition of fine art photography on a scholarship at Utah State University, Ron was first awarded publication in the prestigious Communication Arts Photography Annual while still an undergraduate.

While living in Boston Ron has supplied commercial images for many large corporations and advertising agencies, SAP, NEC, Kodak and Sun Microsystems to name a few. In addition, a lengthy list of publishers such as Ziff Davis, McGraw Hill and Crown Publishers purchase Ron's images for covers to their books and magazines.With images sold in over 39 countries through representatives in Spain, London, New York, and Florida Ron continues his prolific ability to sell photographic images globally. He now makes his home in Salt Lake City.

Specializing in original conceptual photography and high resolution imagery, Ron's creative concepts reflect the forefront of corporate communications. His images appear on the covers and lead articles of Business Week, CED Magazine, Photo Electronic Imaging, PC Magazine, and Windows NT.

Ron was born in Rigby, Idaho, but grew up in Salt Lake City where access to spectacular scenery afforded an early appreciation for the desert and mountain landscape. It was on the many camping and hunting trips taken with his father that Ron learned to love the Utah landscape.
