University of Utah Libraries Campus Delivery
The form below is for ordering books.
This form is for delivery between libraries, and not for having books pulled in the same library. Bound journals may be requested only on-campus. Please contact the Interlibrary Loans Office at your library to request copies of books and articles not held by University of Utah Libraries.
Remember: Please use one form per item you request. You may request up to 5 items per day. Requested items should arrive at your library within about 24 hours (no delivery will be made on Saturday, Sunday or holidays).
This service is available to all U of U library patrons with a valid borrowing card. At present, there is no charge for this service. There may be a charge in the future after the library evaluates the costs of operating this service.
