A scholarly, multi-disciplinary full text database containing full text for more than 4,600 scholarly publications, including more than 3,500 peer-reviewed publications. In addition to the full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for all 8,040 journals in the collection. This scholarly collection offers information in nearly every area of academic study.

JSTOR
Browsable and searchable article database that provides image and full-text online access to back issues of selected scholarly journals.

Project Muse
Full text of nearly 250 scholarly journals from 40 publishers, from the Johns Hopkins University Press.

¹After identifying an article in an index or bibliography that you would like to read, use the Library Catalog to look up the journal title and find the location (online or print) of the journal volume that has the article.

Marriott Library Catalog
The library catalog has information on what journals the library subscribes to and book that the library owns. The Marriott Library uses the Library of Congress call number system, and most Classics books can be found in the PA (Classical literature and philology), DE (Mediterranean histor), DF (Greek history), and DG (Italian history) ranges.

OMACL is a collection of some of the most important literary works of classical and medieval civilization.

Perseus Digital Library: http://www.perseus.tufts.edu
This innovative multimedia database contains interactive sources and studies on Ancient Greece, including primary texts such as Homer's Iliad and Odyssey, and many standard English translations.

Marriott Library Catalog
The library owns copies of many ancient and classical texts. Searching the catalog by ancient author or translator is a good way to begin. Look at the record in the catalog to determine whether the text is in original Greek, Latin, translated into English or combination of multiple languages.
