The Fine Arts area of the Marriott Library is located on the second floor east of the main stairs. This area includes reference books, and a reference desk. The locked case, located behind the desk contains catalogue raisonnes, exhibition catalogues, and books which for various reasons should not have wide circulation.

Art Full Text (formerly Art Abstracts) 1984-present; Full-text 1997-present
Art Full Text is a bibliographic database that indexes and abstracts articles from periodicals published throughout the world in virtually all areas of art archaeology, and architecture.

Art Index Retrospective
(1929-1984)
Users can research leading English-language sources, plus others published in French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Dutch. Besides periodicals, users have access to data from important yearbooks and select museum bulletins. A unique resource, Art Index Retrospective helps users find contemporary criticism of art at the time of its debut, track the body of work of an artist or movement, find artists' interviews and other commentary, and much more.

ARTStor
ARTstor provides curated collections of art images and associated data for noncommercial and scholarly, non-profit educational use. The ARTstor Charter Collection is comprised of approximately 300,000 digital images and associated catalog data; the tools to make active use of those images; and a restricted environment that seeks to balance the interests and needs of users with those of content providers. The Charter Collection will provide students, faculty, curators, and staff with access to a large and expanding resource of digital images and data for teaching and research in art history, as well as - more broadly - in the humanities and other disciplines

Index of Christian Art
The Index records works of art produced without geographical limitations from early apostolic times up to A.D. 1400 (extended in the case of the Morgan and Princeton Library projects to include this manuscript holdings up to the end of the sixteenth century). Contains text and images searchable by artist, style, school, subject and more

Contains 45,000 articles on every aspect of the visual arts – painting, sculpture, graphic arts, architecture, decorative arts and photography – from prehistory to the present day.

JSTOR--Arts and Sciences Collection

Periodicals Index Online(PIO)
PIO is an electronic index to the contents of thousands of periodicals in the humanities and social sciences, from their first issues to 1995. Journals in English, French, German Italian, Spanish, and other Western Languages are included.

WorldCat
Covers over 60 million records of any type of material cataloged by OCLC member libraries. Includes manuscripts written as early as the 11th century. Has Holdings information for many US and some foreign libraries. Updated daily.
