The CCH Internet Tax Research Network provides tax news as well as federal and state tax information. Included are tax codes, regulations, court cases, rulings, legislative documents, treaties, IRS publications, as well as CCH explanation and analysis.

FIS Online/Mergent Online
Now called Mergent Online, this fully searchable data on more than 10,000 companies on the NYSE, AMEX and Nasdaq exchanges. All financials "as reported" , providing unparalleled review of balance sheets, income statement, expenditures, assets, liabilities, cash flow, performance trends, and more. A help guide is available.

Hoover's Online
Hoover's Company Profiles include company descriptions, strategy, history, location and contact information, officers, products and services, and financials. More than 3,000 public and private companies around the world are profiled.

International Monetary Fund Online
The International Financial Statistics Browser provides access to statistics from 1992 to 2001, containing approximately 32,000 time series covering more than 200 countries and areas and including country, world, and commodity price tables

Standard & Poor's Register (3 vols.): Volume 1 is corporate listings.  Alphabetical sequence by business name of over 75,000 corporations, including address, the name and title of 43500 officers, and  directors. Standard & Poor's Statistical Service Current Statistics: Contains 12 months record of performance by industrial group. Also has 12 months record of daily high, low, and close of S&P stock price indexes. Located at General Reference collectionon Level 3, Call # HC101 S74A. 

Value Line Investment Survey: This print resource contains information about the company including financial information back to 1983, capital structure, business lines, and an analysis which provides a rating of timeliness, safety, financial strength, stock price stability, price growth persistence, and earnings predictability. Standard & Poor's Stock Reports: It contains comprehensive two-page reports on over 3,600 companies traded on the three major U.S. exchanges - the New York Stock Exchange, The Nasdaq Stock Market, and the American Stock Exchange - and other regional and international exchanges.  It is updates quarterly.  Located at General Reference collection on Level 3, Call # HG4907 S72.

The Wall Street Journal Index:  It provides comprehensive indexing of all articles in the 3-Star Eastern Edition of The Wall Street Journal.  Coverage from 1889-present, Daily.  Located at General Reference collection on Level 3, Call # HG1 W26. Available OnLine.

Price Waterhouse Information Guides - Doing Business in . . .: Price Waterhouse produce a series of Information Guides covering over 60 countries.  Each guide contains chapters on: Country profile, Business environment, Foreign investment and trade, Investment incentives and restrictions, Banking and finance, Labour relations, Accounting, auditing, and Taxation.  Located at General Reference collection on Level 3, Call # HD10 D6.

North American Industry Classification System: NAICS is an industry classification system that groups establishments into industries based on the activities in which they are primarily engaged. It is a comprehensive system covering the entire field of economic activities, producing and nonproducing. There are 20 sectors in NAICS and 1,170 industries in NAICS United States.  Located at General Reference Desk on level 3, Call # HF1042 N677.

The Red Chip Review:  This print resource covers mostly little known, undervalued small cap stocks.  The books are organized by industry groups and are published every other week.  Located at General Reference Desk on level 3, Call # HG4501 R43.
